UPDATED PROFILE as of 11-1-10
WOW has alot happened since the last time I did the six pack abs routine. Some good, some bad, but most in-between. Its pretty simple this time though, Im doing the routine again because it works! I had a bad ankle injury almost 2 years ago now, and am finally able to run and workout again, so here I am. Please use my past story, and now my current struggle to help motivate you to better yourself just as I am. Again, this program works! I came in third place in the original 16 week challenge, this time will be even better! Lets do this together!!
